What can't I create a poll?
I want to canvas opinion via a poll to see what members think; if change in the law to assume liability of the motorist in a bike v car collision, would make difference out on the roads to the safety of cyclists. If it seems so then a you gov poll must the best way to raise this topic properly.
However my "create a poll" tab does nothing, can the mods help? Checked FAQ's some people don't have the rights.
BTW if this has already been discussed then I stand corrected, but if all we need is 100K signatures to get is raised in parliment we must be able to do it through the forums.
