How much kit do you have?

I've gone from riding/running 3 days a week (just training rides) to riding 6 days a week this week and I'm discovering that I dont have enough kit...
In my winter wardrobe I have:
1 pair of endura 3/4
2 pair of gore soft shell full tights both of which have seen 3 winters already and are in desperate need of replacement
1 pair of DHB winter bibs the zip has gone on the front (can they be replaced?)
1 pair of other tights that i can't remember the name of but are italian so are about 4 sizes too small...
2 gore soft shell jackets
1 descent soft shell jacket
1 long sleeve club jersey
1 northwave long sleeve jersey
2 gillets
1 gore packable waterproof
i have 2 merino base layers on rotation for the week so will each get worn 3 times with a day inbetween
i also have 1 polar buff and a skull cap
i have 2 pairs of woolie boolies, again because they are merino im happy to wear them for more than one day with a day off in between. however i have some other lidl winter socks that allow me to use the woolie boolies sparingly and on the coldest days.
i have amazingly warm gore winter gloves
i am also fortunate enough to have winter boots in both road and MTB fitting.
But this is my issue, apart from the merino stuff i'm not comfortable wearing it for more than one day before thinking it needs a wash so come friday and im struggling for kit. Looking at the above would you buy a new pair of bibs? How much winter kit do you have?
I should also add that i live with my housemate so its not like i can shove the stuff in the family wash every night (like i used to).

I just have two pairs of ordinary bibs which I wear with leg warmers or Roubaix tights according to coldness.
Then there are two or three baselayer tops, a couple of Merino baselayers (not needed them yet) over which I wear either one of about half a dozen Aldi long sleeve jerseys or one of three Aldi Softshells. On top of that may be a thin windproof or a thicker rainjacket. Plenty of rotation available!
For socks I alternate between a pair of sealskins if wet, a pair of Woolie Boolies or if it is cold, some merino snowboarding socks.Faster than a tent.......0 -

Not enough...
3 top layers (winter waterproof jacket, windproof top, lightweight/packable waterproof)
2 shorts,
1 pair of waterproof socks,
3 tops (2 ss, 1 ls)
(Although I have loads of baselayers - I snowboard, so already had loads of Helly Hansen kit, which I now use on the bike.
I ride to work in the same dirty clothes. I just dry the clothes over a radiator until it is caked on. By the end of the week, my shorts can stand up by themselves. (I only do washing on a weekend.)
It wouldn't be so bad if I was on the road all the time, but my commute also takes me for 5 miles across farmland and trails.2007 Felt Q720 (the ratbike)

Is this a willy waving contest?
I have a limited selection of things. I find that bike kit is bloody expensive so I tend to buy 1 of something I (think I) need and use that lots n lots of times. Always looking for bargains & discounted stuff.

I turned up at a time trial last year with one arm warmer. I cut it in half and had 2 mini ones! Forearm warmers, there you go, that's what I left off my list!0 -
