Ive looked in the FAQ and the link does not work for me.
can people please offer me advise on how to set up this shock? theres alot of settings and ive looked at a couple of sites for info.
The reason i ask is the bike i bought was set up for someone else so i need to redo the whole lot and dial it in for myself
cheers

Set the sag and adjust the rest to suit the trail.
It is covered very well on the Fox site and the manual that is downloadable.
If you have not got the sag correct then it is not worth going any further."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

TF's spring rate calcuator has never got within 25% of the correct rate for me. Sure it works for some bikes but not for others, bit too simplified.
Might be worth a wee email to Giant? Or, it's a popular frame, ask on Pinkbike or SDH to see what other folks use.Uncompromising extremist0 -
yeah i was under the impresion from reading posts on PB that a 400lb spring would be best for me0
