Hi Guys,
Just by the title you've probably guessed that this is a cycle to work scheme conundrum. I have narrowed down my choice at my local bike sellers to one of these two bikes. They are identically priced and I was hoping to garner some opinions from the experienced/ not so experienced of you alike in helping to make a choice between these two bikes.
If you need more info let me know.
Cheers

Personally i'd go for the Cannondale, the CAAD 10, it is a very good frame and is fitted with a decent groupset. Admittedly the Pinarello has the Pinarello appeal but you'll only find yourself eventually wanting to upgrade from Tiagra if you start to get into cycling. The Cannondale's always get good reviews so that's where my money would go. In case you haven't read it already there's a review of the CAAD 10 105 here: http://www.bikeradar.com/gear/category/bikes/road/product/review-cannondale-caad10-105-12-45526/Road - http://www.bikeradar.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=40044&t=12777154&p=16943702#p16943702

Without doubt go for the CAAD 10. Having worked in a bike shop and tried both, the CAAD 10 is a much better bike.0

+1 for Caad10
If you can get one. They are like hens teeth.0 -
Cheers guys, think the CAAD may well be more bang for my buck but can't tear myself away from the FP1. I think I'll go with my head and get the CAAD 100

CAAD10! The frame is worthy of upgrade and certainly won't hold you back if you take an interest in racing.0

I have a caad10 105, which is great and even compared to my supposedly better, more expensive bikes holds it's own...having said that, if you fancy the Pinarello, why not?
Bikes are often an emotional purchase and it doesn't necessarily make sense to go with your head or the logic of others at times.
Ride both and then see how you feel?0 -
I've gone for the CAAD 10 cheers guys. Speedier times ahead.0
