Fitting BB to 2011 Stumpy 29er Comp Carbon Frame

Hiya Gents,
I am trying to fit a new hope BB to my Stumpy frame.
I have a Noir Chainset that I will be using and I have already fitted the adaptors that are required when fitting hope to Truvativ.
But when removing my existing GXP chainset and BB I noticed extra washers. Two are plastic and two are metal one of which is wavey.
My question is, do I need these and if so what order do they fit on?
Can post pics if needed.
The Stumpy can also take BB30, may this have something to do with the extra washers?
