ragley 15mm maxxle issue

so i got my ragley blue pig today and the front wheel is running very stiffly, and if a loosen the maxxle lite the wheel runs freely, any ideas what could be causing this??

    no idea as the Ragley is not a fork.

    what fork and what hub?

    its a ragley hub and rockshox sector r fork.

    found the problem, when they were assembling the bike at CRC/Ragley they have mashed the o-ring that is around the bearing cover. this was trapped and was stopping the wheel turning.
