Freeride helmet

Afternoon gentlemen,
I need a new helmet, the current specialized triathlon helmet, while nice and comfortable, looks ridiculous and for the price £50, will not stand up to a huge amount, I don't want to destroy it.
I want something similar to the fox freeride helmet's, and I DON'T want a full face. Also don't want to spend a ridiculous amount.
Any suggestions?

can you put a price on your head.....
being some one who has put an helmet to use and knowing it saved him from searious life threatening injuries..
i would not put a price on my own head.....
i use a tld d2 carbon open face lid.. offers good protection... but does get very hot and sweaty in summer...
there's those urge helmets, they score decent reviews....
the one i put to good use and replaced with another was a gyro zen.. i liked the look of and wanted a 661 recon but when i tried it on it wouldnt fit my head. nor would the urge... i tried on quite a few helmets in the shop before getting another gyro zen....www.bearbackbiking.com

No, not after a p1ss pot, have one anyway, and they are far too hot. The urge helmets look a bit too much like p1ss pots, not enough ventialtion. For Sale:

For trail/xc I use Giro Hex, for the rest Urge down-o-matic, ventilation is good as is vision and not to heavy.0
