Another Bottom Bracket/Chainset help!

Hi there!

I currently have a 2011 cube attention and want to buy a new chainset for it. According to CRC the cube is fitted with these cranks (and I assume bottom bracket...)

'Shimano FC-M430 44x32x22T, 175mm, integrated Shimano BB-UN26'

I'm totally confused by all this bottom bracket malarkey so is there anyone that can tell me which type of bottom bracket/chainset will fit to my frame?

I am also in posession of a 'Shimano BB51 Deore Hollowtech2' Bottom bracket which is currently lying around.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

as long as you 1 get the correct bits and 2 follow the fitting info.

Thanks! That's what I hoped but never thought about logically...


One more question, what external bottom bracket would I need to buy for it to fit my current crank set? Or do I have to buy an entire new chain set for an external BB that fits?

if your current cránkset is not compatible with an external BB then you can not.

you mention 2. one is current and on the bike and the other is only lying about even if that is its current position.

an HT2 cranks set just need an HT2 BB and fittted with the correct spacers after having the frame faced.
