Back in the game!

So having moved flat last week i thankfully now find myself 8miles from work rather than 1. So instead of walking i get to ride. Happy days!

Unfortunately its not a route i can see many cyclists riding. Today I headed into the office early and on my way I saw one other cyclist. Not even a challenge of a scalp. Both on road bikes, him still in shorts me in winter tights. I flew past him on one of the three 'proper' climbs on the commute.

Will use this to build a proper base over the winter and i plan on not getting out of zone 3 for the majority of the ride.

Still back in the game and loved it!

I'm amazed that you've found a commuting route in London without many cyclists! I live in SE London and there are relatively few heading up the OKR or through Deptford/Bermondsey etc in comparison to routes from north London but there are still a fair few... Where are you riding from/to?

rode in later today, got to the office 45mins later than i did yesterday and even less cyclists going my way. saw a few going against my direction but didnt even have the opportunity to go past any

thats why its in inverted commas its a climb as far as london/my commute goes. but i would say it was swains lane or some welsh col
