For me the Pro Atherton bars:

or as earlier, the Answer Pro Taper.0 -
Regular or carbon?
I'm liking my Easton Havoc carbon. Getting to silly lengths though at 750! (feels fine to me though, just have to watch the gaps between trees).
Supposed to be strong enough for AM/DH and Easton say it's their strongest bar and even claim stronger than other bars on the market they've tested. Don't know about all that, but seems sturdy anyway. There's an aluminium version too.0 -
I use Rehthal Fatbar, great bar and only a minimal about of flex.0

I've got a Havoc (not carbon) on my Trek; love it.. 750 feels good to me. Got on my hardtail and it felt weird so swapped those stock bars for Ragley Wiser. While shorter than the Havoc swapping between the two now feels much better.Trek Remedy 7
On-One Carbon 456 http://www.bikeradar.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=128995190 -
Gone for MonkeyLite carbons (thanks CRC for £50 off! ) on the hard tail with high rise as the c456 has a low head tube thus low bars even with a big stack. 685 so shorter than the Havoc on the big bike but think it will suit the hard tail more.0
