Shimano BB70 extraction

I thought about workshop & tech, but this is surely a n00b question. If the forum gods see fit to move it I guess I'll just be flattered I'm asking something technical enough.
To extract my BB (so I can fit my ISCG05 adapter) do I need anything different to the same process/tools than with a BB30? A lot of guides I see mention BB30-specific tools but it's all the same really innit? Or aintit? This is one of those things where the more pages I look at the less sure I get. Thanks.

Thanks. I had looked at that page and thought it looked right, but it's the kind of thing that I'm scared to make assumptions about and nowhere specifically says "bb70". Noob like I say. Cheers!0

bb70 is just part of a part number nothing to do with the BB as such."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
