And here's what it did to me....
Not ridden it for 2.5 months since the crash because I knackered my shoulder but I am planning to get a new seat post, saddle and grips next, once I've replaced my cracked helmet!0 -
That looks like a big crash mate.0

Thanks
Knackered at the end of a long ride, didn't quite clear a drainage ditch and back wheel bounced out of it throwing me up and over the bars at about 25mph... more pictures if you are interested 8)
And a couple from when the bike was pretty much new

Update....
New Hope rear hub / wheel
Clarks S2 front brake
New FSA Orbit MX headset
New tyres
Probably a few other small bits too - spec in first post has been updated.

Latest upgrades, I'm on the hunt for some new cranks next;

Glad you're alright man, those wounds look horrible. That kind of accident always sticks in my mind when I'm out and about so I bottle loads.0
-
Is it too small, or do you just run your saddle right down all the time!?0
-
Thanks, mostly healed with a few scars now!
Too small? It's a 17.5", Does appear the that saddle is down in most photos weirdly though!0 -
Latest state, now fitted with revelations, which have shed some of that big weight!
It rides so nicely now, it's great fun!
