Race face crank bolt

Hi everyone I need a little help getting the correct crank bolt for a Race face Deus xc chainset it is a 2011 model, I ordered a bolt from CRC which arrived today thinking it was the right one but it is too big.
The original bolt that came with the chainset had a bolt and a threaded cap, the cap is fine but I made a mess of the bolt so now need a new bolt.
I would be most grateful of any ideas and help
Many thanks

To big in what way?
Which bolt did you buy?"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

so which one did you get?
and how was it to big? thread or head or.........
pics or links to exactly what you have if you want the correct info.
or we will be guessing."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Load the photo into an external host like photobucket and then post the link here using the IMG tag and it will appear in your post.
