New HT 29er frame

So i need a new frame, if my current bike was a conker it would be describbed as having a death crack. Its not dead yet but who knows how long it will last :roll:
So i'm sourcing another FS frame but in the mean time (winter) i was thinking of getting one of these which is basicaly a Niner Air 9 Carbon but at a fraction of the cost.
I know the 26" hardtail frames that came up on ebay get mixed reviews about being short in the top tube etc, but has anyone bought any other "copy" frames from the orient?

How long was delivery etc?
have you had any compatability issues etc?

Do you mean it looks like an air 9 or: it-comes-from-same-factory-shhhhsh-dont-tell-anybody

Be very interested in getting one if thats the case..... I have fantasies about the Air 9, sadly likely to stay that way unless my numbers come up

I wouldnt like to say for definate, but i have been doing some research in the last few months into buying some of these frames direct from the manufactures. it seems (not all btw) are made in a few different factories and just rebranded. i'll see if i can post some pictures of the frames. very obvious on some of them who the intended reseller is

Cool, I'd want to check the angles etc. I would be interested in one if it works out, maybe split shipping/duty costs etc?

This is just a few i have been looking into, 2 problems, getting info out of them about suspension travel and head agles etc, and pricing for small amounts of units.

Yep they look the part alright, see if they stump up with the vitals, a friend of mine bought a 26" carbon HT from china, i'll have a word with him & see how he got on.

Ah good stuff, i'd like to know how long the process took and if he went direct or through ebay?
I have just composed an email stating i want 2 full suss and 2 HT and i want geometry figures and suspension details. obviously in simpler wording but you get the gist.
