Zebrugge to Liege

Catching ferry to zebrugge then cycling to Liege to start of Tour de France. Anybody know anything about Fietsroutes? Looks like there is a network signposted but all the info is in Flemish. Michelin map has a million tiny back roads so could be really complicated navigating.

'Knooppunten' is useful but only if you are more into recreational cycling. If searching for efficiency and cycling safely, you should use some canal towpaths as the basic frame of your trip. Have a look at http://www.bikely.com/maps/bike-path/Belgium-cycling-routes-by-Fietslogies-summary to pick up some ideas.

At least, that's how I would do it ;-)60 bicycle trails along Belgian canals, rivers and former railway tracks : http://www.bikely.com/listpaths/by/fietslogies0
