Mehning Bumders!

I've had a shoot nights sleep. Woke up at 1 for some stupid reason. Only went to bed at midnight.

Today will hopefully consist of not much, as I think I might have a short fuse.

    Another crap night sleep here, though I blame the BBC for c0cking up the F1 on the iplayer - forcing me to have a late night as I tried to get it working :evil: Looks like sky is going to get my money after all.

    Today is war with the auditors followed by study, so almost the norm now.

    Good morning grumpsville!
    Cold arrived nice and heavily over the weekend but subsided sufficiently to allow me to work on Monday. I'm pretty sure it should have been t'other way around.
    On the plus side, working freelance, I don't loose a days wage.
    And I've finally cut in my Mo - pic and explanation why it's a late addition in the Mo thread tonight.
  • Morning all, feeling the effects of 2 nights of bad sleep, on the way out soon though, so energy drinks are filling my belly.

    Morning all,

    Monday = work = meh

    a bit of a strange weekend was had really, other than having the worst hangover anxiety possible i got a lot done;

    -missk's wedding ring bought and collected;
    -missk's main xmas present purchased and stored in the loft;
    -the tip of 2 fingers lost in chopping veg last night with new Global knife;
    -new bits ordered for the old bike
    -PS3 thrashed a few times
    -awesome beef wellington last night

    this week is a chilled one and tonight i really need to clean my bike and get it rideable for thursday night, night ride!

    onward to coffee!

    Looks like everybody had a bad nights sleep last night then.

    Woken up three times by our youngest who had 'achey legs' after failing to go to sleep until about 9.30.

    Forgot my lunch so I'll have to head out into the wilds of Suffolk for something later.

    i had a good sleep last night...
    got an inset day at school so i'm taking my whole bike apart, cleaning and servicing everything as i won't be riding till i get new forks.
  • Just about coming to after three Coffees. Just about have a fry up :D going to get both Motorbike and Mountain Bike washed this afternoon. As they both look like someone has done a massive turd on them. Then tonight, the woman is working for a few hours so a night blast is in Order. Unless the pads on my front disc are more worn than i thought.

    Mehday at work after a pretty lame weekend, could use the excuse that I was still feeling that after effects of manflu but I think bone-idleness is closer to the truth! Had a terrible preminition of my future as a dirty, sheepsteethesque old man sitting at the end of the bar in a young persons club on friday when I was stood up by some "friends."

    Not a single xmas present bought yet, not one! :(

    The internet is your friend in this task. All ordered and received, including stuff from China.

    Afternoon Klungedivers,

    Today I've had to take my kid to her piano exam; now need lunch as my stomach is making lots of noises, I'm that bleedin' hungry. I totally failed to decide on the rest of the body armour that I need last night so will have to do more internet shopping today. Apart from that I've agreed to sort out the horrid mess of my other half's paperwork as if I don't the house will be forever a cluttered shytehole :roll:

    At least it's Bedgebury tomorrow as long as the rain stays away :)

    Afternoon
    Monday is officially my least favourite day of the week.. had a another fantastic weekend with Mr F (formally THL), and have started speculatively looking for jobs round his neck of the woods because having to say bye every sunday is getting on my nerves.
    The week's going to be insanely busy at work as per, and I'm stupidly busy in the evenings too. It does however mean that Friday will be here before I know it.
    Appear to be suffering from a toothache now the anaesthetic has worn off after a tooth repair. Hope he hasn't mucked it up!
    In other news, I got joint second place at Cake Club yesterday, and rode Trevor as a hangover cure after spending far too much time in Rock City, showing the kids how to really throw some shapes.
    lunch has been consumed, cupcake has been demolished. Better get on with the letters to tell students they've passed/failed/are idiots...

    Afternoon bumders

    Just looked at the bank balance. It's grim, shelled out £65 for the christmas ball ticket... thankfully that includes all the random crap they have there, the food and an "unlimited supply of wine, beer and soft drinks", which according to one of the organisers I'm friendly with is pretty much as it says and not in danger of running out... just what I need before an exam :lol:

    Anyway had a shite day of uni, someone talked at us for far too long about bacteria and how we're all going to catch horrible zoonotic diseases while chopping up animals. Then had the year head in charge of our group work, turns out we're shit at endocrinology... great.

    Anyways I'd better get on with working, got a lot to do :roll:

    The one in Nottingham? I haven't been there for about 15 years, would have thought they'd knocked it down by now!
