Please recommend me a high neck synthetic base layer for ~£30.
Currently I ride in Endura Frontline which I'm pretty happy with, but they don't have a high neck version for winter...
The Canterbury base layer seems to be not cycling-specific... Any alternatives?

A Buff works very well now it's getting colder. Easy to stash in a rucksack and you can take it off if it's too hot.

Often free with the motorbike magazines this time of year.

If you can find a cheap one, the Helly Hansen Freeze (50% LIFA, 50% merino) is amazing. I think mine was £30 something.

  • Under Armour Cold Gear high neck mock at JJB Sports for £28.00. I ordered mine about a month ago with 20% off. But as I'm a sweaty git, I've not needed to use it yet!

It will keep me warm when the temperature drops though.
