Winter tyres (UST or tubeless ready)

I am in the market for some winter tyres now. I have just put some wire bead Maxxis Advantage (surprisingly good) on my bike as a stop gap, but i would like something that can be used with a Stans kit. I really liked High Roller XC when I tried them out in my local area (the Chilterns, chalky and muddy) a couple of years ago, but am open to ideas on tyres to go tubeless with.

I use the Maxxis Ignitor Lust(2.35) all year round, best tyre in my opinion but the Nobby Nic comes very close.

Any Maxxis tyres will work with Stans sealant so if you like them, keep them !
Alternatively, I'm using spesh Storm Control 2Bliss at the moment and finding them great in mud but quite draggy on hardpack & tarmac.

If Dirty Dans are still going for £20 on On One definietly those - they're like a Mud X, but 150g lighter.
