Any one else find bongrager xr's lethal when near max psi?

As title, any one else find the bontrager jones Xr's dangerous when pumped up for a road ride. I've had 2 off's in a week!

well they're not made for very high pressures or road, so that's expected.

I rarely even run tyres over the minimum recommended pressures, so wouldn't know.
