Just been out to the nippers christmas fayre at the school. They saw santa, the wife bought some jam, it was far too busy, we came home.
Considering firing up the x-box shortly.
Also been trying to get this damned leg brace to sit properly. I swear to god, it's the most complicated device of teh evars!
I will be spending some time with the kids tomorrow, then going to try out the gym on Sunday for the first time in YEARS! I know the guy who owns the place, he's quite heavily involved with the local MTB and DH club, seems to know his stuff, and the gym seems to be a good place to sort my leg.0 -
sat drooling over my new bike (through interwebz) and generally farming around on FB and the interwebz in general. Trying to decide whether i should go out, it is my mates leaving do (he is having about 5) so i should head out0

Long story short:
Came off the bike last month (low speed, unspectacular), broke tib & fib and tore ACL and LCL
Had cast off today, replaced with leg brace
Surgery in Jan to re-attach ACL and LCL
On the mend now though, thanks 0 -

Just finished 3 minute gaps, not bad but glad I only paid a pittance from itunes . Waiting for the downstairs tv to become free so i can watch Blitz and start drinking some fizzy wine I'm going to blow the bank on a new build ( within reason ) NOW DONE!!
