I just bought a frame on-line but noticed the picture does not show a hanger on the frame. Do frames usually come with a hanger?

Yes they do but are not normally fitted as they can get bent in transport.

Ah that's good to hear. This will be the 1st time I've built a bike.

2 of the last 3 frames I built up didnt come with hangers an On One Scandal and a Cove handjob XC. The cheapo All Terrain XC frame for £60 did come with a hanger how does that work :?

Poor stock levels meaning hangers being robbed of frames an staff forgetting to replace them when the new ones come in.

    Some bikes do.

Cheeky beggars luckily I had a On One hanger because I already have my own Scandal but the Cove hanger slowed things up for a few days whilst it was ordered. I just thought that was the way it was you dont get a hanger like you dont get pedals on a new bike.

Without a hanger the frame is not a frame. As it can not be used.

Robbing bits off bikes/frames is common.
