Which of these forks?

Ive asked a similar question before but I've just been paid so im buying this weekend. The problem is i can't decide which forks to go for, the choices are all from "on-one"

http://www.on-one.co.uk/i/q/FORSREGSOL/ ... th_poplock
http://www.on-one.co.uk/i/q/FORSREGTK/r ... ___v_brake
Now my understanding was that in 90% of times, air forks were a better choice for nearly all types of riding but when I emailed on-one they suggested i get a coil fork and uprate the spring.
As a bit of background im 17st, I'm fitting them on a 2008 Kona Cindercone and i ride mostly xc stuff, I cant really stetch any more to reda's but have i missed any amazing forks in the £200 range?
I ride with disks so bosses for v brakes arent needed, currently using the stock marzocchi (sp?) mz race fork but its always bottoming out and i want something a bit better.
Thanks guys!!
John

The ones with motion control damping. For me air is simpler.I don't do smileys.

As CD say motion control damping is brilliant,
A Coil fork will take more abuse but is heavier and as your doing xc why would you want added weight and the bombproof confidence of a coil fork.0
