Mornin bum munchers!

I keep pressing snooze on my alarm clock, which means I'm not getting up as early as I'd like. Meh. Ah well, I feel I need the extra 10 mins.

Priced up a Skoda Fabia Estate last night, I can actually afford the top model of it, with loads of funky gadgets in it, so I'm considering getting a test drive, though I think it's secretly detracting from the fact I want (but can't afford) a Volvo V50 :(

    Morning nobbers

Shite night sleep and another day of auditors & a night of study have put me in a great mood :(

Bought some chilli nuts to cheer myself up - the breakfast of champions (ish). Last night was the joys of visiting a mad women to look at her pussy. The wife loved it & we pick up our new cat tomorrow :)

2.0 TDi + remap = win, especially if you can get somebody to remap it with something close to the Audi response settings.

    Anyway morning chumps.

No cycling has been done recently, couldn't be bothered last night but did fit the yellow KCNC grips, not sure if they were a good decision. Nothing but workmeh for today, although some respite as I need to drop in on some shops whilst travelling between meeting.
Visit Clacton during the School holidays - it's like a never ending freak show.

Since posting this morning, I've convinced myself that the only reason I was looking at the estate was because I couldn't afford a V50 (which I probably want because I can't afford a V70!).

So now I'm considering the Fabia Monte Carlo
    5302-skoda-launches-fabia-monte-carlo.jpg

Probably the 1.6 TDi version. With all extra gadgets of course

Might be worth having a look at the Seat range....some have no VAT and free servicing for 3 years....we have an Ibiza FR TDI and get 60 mpg...so much so we are in the process of ordering a Exeo SE Sport Tech TDI with sports kit and leather for just on £20k...

Morning cock wrenchers....awaiting my interview feedback so fingers crossed, doing a bit of consultancy work as well so things are looking up. Been offered a job back in Bristol so thats up for consideration with the wife...as her family are there I think it will be a forgone conclusion !

Have a good day and let the slacking commence !!

Or do 'The Stranger'. it's like a third hand :D

Now I've got some feeling back in my hand, I'm off for a ride on the bike (another upside of being dole scum). Then the Spicy is going to get a good hose down before it gets some fettling done to it tomorrow.

Bit of work. Handed my notice in so will be doing nothing (highlight of yesterday was watching Beavis and Butthead). After that, Spanish class, and probably some Battlefeld 3.
Went running last night so a bit sore now (had been almost a week without exercise thanks to damn fever)

Put the chain tensioner on the Junkyard dog bike and tried that out, works well and is incredibly chuckkable, just need to upgrade the brakes on my main bike so i can hand down some brakes for this one.

Afternoon, my cold has taken a firm grip and I doubt I'm going to do the 4hr brass monkey theis weekend, bumgay as I was really looking forward to it.

So the road bike met its reserve price and sold last night, I've contacted the buyer with email and phone details, I know just need to wait for them to arrange to pay and collect. If by Monday I haven't heard anything I'm going to be relisting it or my sister chirps up the her boyfriend was interested.....

Either way I continue to drool and day dream about my new bike, until the road bike goes it'll never happen though!

yeah at the minute i think i might be pushing it, i could try and be a hero and do it but i would risk getting ill and not being able to go in to work, and being a contractor means i dont get paid!

cheers mate, the sooner they do, the sooner i can start makin' bacon on the Blue Pig!

I dunno, you can fit two dead nurses, or a dead nurse and a set of golf clubs in there, depending on your requirements

    Afternoon plebians, sky me.

3rd day of same job = fail
Looked in mirror and saw that i'm still me = massive win.

Also today ordered my moving van, canceled my sky and drank coffee

Blue pig as it has a 150mm sektor fork and not the 120mm fork the piglet has and i want to be able to give it some abuse, i think they are pretty similar but for some reason i am drawn to the Blue Pig.

but then the Piglet is 125 snouts cheaper, and those snouts would buy some tasty pedals and give me change for some gammon and bacon!!

mate, my toy is always big enough for the job!

i reckon i could do Cwmcarn DH on a blue pig no problem to be honest, especially with 150mm totems fitted!

Of course you can, can do it on a rigid mate. Doesn't mean its the most fun toy to do it on at all.
