Can't seem to get anaerobic on the climbs

For about 6 weeks or so I've been feeling off my usual pace. Felt slow for a couple of weeks, had a chesty cough for 10 days, one of which I had a bit of a fever going and went to bed when I got home from work and was a lot better the next day. Last couple of weeks I've not been able to get out quite so much, but when I do, I feel like I can't push hard enough on the climbs like I usually do and can't get my legs to burn.

I normally get three rides a week in - not usually all that long (probably about 10 miles) but I do them on a dirt jump bike so I'm standing the whole time, running a 38t ring & a road block and generally go all out on the climbs to make the most of it.

I've not really been doing anything different in terms of sleeping, eating, work hours etc that should be making any great difference and just wondered if anyone had any thoughts?
