Quantocks - RM and breakfast

A gang of us are heading up from the South Coast on Friday 2nd December to explore this previously unchartered (by us) land. Rather than do the much-travelled routes that were published in MBUK and other magazines last year we'd rather get a local's route. Anyone fancy being a Routemeister for the day and having a bit of a ride, a bit of craic and doubtless some beers and food with us?

Also, we're looking for a suitable breakfast venue, somewhere around Taunton would be good. Any recommendations welcome.
