Looking for some decent winter gloves.
I use Troy Lee Designs XC Gloves, these:
Which I love for their simplicity, give good palm grip etc... Would love to find essentially the same sort of palm but with a thicker (warmer) top part, which you probably can't get!
Any recommendations much appreciated,

this is a tricky one cause i found some winter gloves are to thick and bunch up affecting your grip....
i have some 661 transition they ok but if it cold cold like last year ie -10 or lower then your finger still suffer..
a cool little trick i seen in whistler the other year some of the riders doing the redbull 5000 down (were it had snowed up top) were usuing latex/nitril gloves under there riding gloves.. it's a neat little trick that actually works...www.bearbackbiking.com

I have been using Gore Alp-X gloves for a couple of months. They are made of Windstopper material, which eliminates heat loss due to wind and goes a long way towards keeping my fingers warm. They are slightly thicker on top than my summer gloves and have good sensitivity. I have worn them at 3C in strong wind on exposed peaks and have been ok. At lower temps, I'm not sure...0
