Hi All,
I am a 47 year old reborn cyclist, having bought a bike at the end of the summer. I am slowly building up my fitness, with my longest ride to date being 30 miles.
I am looking for a cycling buddy(s), of similar (lack of!) fitness levels in the Portsmouth area (I live in a small town called Cowplain) for evening or weekend rides. I'm getting fed up with cycling alone If anyone is interested, please drop me a PM.
Cheers
Russ

Worth looking at Fareham Wheelers. They have rides out for all levels and a couple of people I know have got involved and love it.Trail fun - Transition Bandit
Road - Wilier Izoard Centaur/Cube Agree C62 Disc
Allround - Cotic Solaris0 -
Give these a try:

Saturday rides from Cowplain (9am - quicker group) and Rowlands Castle (10am - easier ride).
Sunday rides most weeks too....0 -

Have a ride over and give the Rowlands Castle ride a try; I think you will be pleasantly surprised. All riders are welcome - lots of beginners have started with us this year and they are doing really well0 -
these seem a nice bunch, been thinking of turning up for a ride but I live a bit too far away
