I new they were struggling to find a big sponsor (again) because Tesco don't want to know in 2012, and i know they were struggling with Funding in general, but didn't know a decision on its future had been made. Whats your source?
Would be a great shame if the Cicle Classic dissapears when a new race is being created in Wales...things should have been on the up!0 -
they were struggling to find a backer this year, massive shame if it goes, could they not keep it even if its just on a smaller scale maybe have it as a prem instead of UCI race? or maybe even lower i would love to give it a go0

I noticed the cyclocross event had been cancelled on the BC website, hadn't heard anything about the Cicle Classic though.
Gutted if it goes, really good event.0 -
