Sram right hand shifter playing up

Struggling to get my right hand shifter to get into the top 2 gears today, so had a look when I got home and it looks as if the spindled ratchet inside the shifter is worn in the first two grooves i.e first and second gear so won't engage sometimes? Can you get these at all or is it a whole new right side shifter? Cheers for any pointers?
