Dt Swiss tubeless question

Hi my currant steed is a 2010 cube reaction gtc race with Ralph's and rons fitted, the wheels are dt Swiss xpw 1800 and have a blue plastic rim strip , are they tubeless ready? Or do I need a stans kit? At the moment I have slime tubes which work well but are super heavy, for the first few mins of riding I can feel the slime in the tyres all unbalanced like :shock: Thanks for your input. Alan
