Hi,

New to the sport and after having trouble with the second hand hardtail I bought, I'm after something more reliable. I generally just ride forest trails so nothing too crazy!

I was thinking of purchasing the Sunn Prim S2 - at £560, it's probably a little more expensive than I'd like but looks decent?

Very good for the money, some nice kit there. Not 11kg though, CRC have a habit of making weights up. Going to around 12 - 12.5kg with pedals.

See how you go with them first..a decent tred and narrow tyre will cut better through the mud...some tyres from different manufacturers say in a 2.1 may be bigger are smaller than others....my Panaracer fire xc 2.1 are wider than my high rollers...
