any one heard of Xtreme SARI wheel rims?

I need a cheap set of 26" V-brake wheels for my commuter bike, seen these on Rose's website:

They also look very similar to the Mavic XM317 on Rose's website but are a bit cheaper:

Any one heard of them before? Should I give them a try? Its only for my commuter bike so can't go that far wrong surely? ....
