hi everyone i have been to a few bike shops looking for a new bike because i have out grown my current bike
i want a light single track bike i see a add in one of the mags about rutlands bike hire but as it is coming to the end of the year they sold nearly all of their high end bikes to make way for the new in jan is their any where else i can try bike out i think it just make sense to get a feel for a bike before pay 2k plus many thanks i want to try the 2012 whyte t120 i want a light bike because it only for light use if that make sense any other bike you can recommend with that in mind many thanks

    It wasnt an off road trial but my local Evans let me borrow a bike to try it for general size and feel before buying it, you're bound to have an Evans near you so couldnt hurt to see what they say atleast.

    There's no bike in the current Whyte range call a S120. They did a T-120S last year and it usual denoted the bottom bike in the range but as the T-120 is a stand-alone bike they dropped the 'S' from the name.

    The 146S is a full carbon framed bike where as the T-120 is alloy front triangle and carbon swingarm. The 146S is spec'd with higher level kit such as Fox Racing suspension components and X9 drivetrain components. The 146 also comes with the Easton Haven bar.
