Porridge with honey and sultanas followed by a banana, all washed down with apple juice.

  • Porridge oats with dried fruit, grapefruit, 2 slices of toast and proper coffee to wash it all down [1].

[1] Barely-used filter coffee machine bought off a work colleague for 6 quid. Absolute bargain. :)

  • Just a cup o' tea.

But I do like the porridge/fruit/honey combination - if it gets colder I'll try that.

  • Nothing. I slept in. Didn't get my first double espresso until half 11. Furious mood.

Normally it's espresso pot onthe heat before hitting the shower, espresso pot off the heat when I get out. Get dressed then drink said espresso plus two slices of wholemeal bread with peanut butter and honey. Banana in a wholemeal roll plus yog when I get into the office. I like routines.

  • ....much the same breakfast as in my last post, but with only 1 bit of toast, a big mug of tea instead of coffee....oh, and a ruddy great hangover 'cause I went out for a work colleague's leaving do last night on an empty stomach but still thought it a good idea to put away several pints. What a numpty.
