Morning Crudders!

Today, my internet seems to be playing up. I'm not sure it's the internet, it could be this Mac. Bad Mac.

I have someone shadowing me at work today, to see what 'I do'. The little fecker is going to regret asking that. I'm making him follow us everywhere. Possibly even the toilet breaks

Anywho, best get myself sorted.

    Morning retards.

Thursday shall be spent at work, for a long time. There is very little pleasure to be drawn from this, at least with the nights drawing in we shall be closing a little earlier for winter. The ribs are very sore a week after my little crash, but I haven't broke them. Which is good. Also good, I got felt up by a very pretty nurse the other day.

Right, back to my cuppa before work. Laters
  • Morning homos.

Today will be spent trying to sort out appointments and flights for my operation. It currently looks like I'm going to need to book 3 seats each way, as I'm not able to bend my leg. GHEY!
Can't even just get the ferry over to liverpool either because it's winter and they're not running. GHEYER!
To top it off, BUPA are only going to cover £240 of my total travel, so it's more expense right on top of christmas. GHEYEST!

    Right my PC is f**ked.

For some reason I just posted but it asked me to edit CWNTs post above?

Anyway work is meh. Why do people think that because we're getting more work, that they're not even involved with, they should be paid more? Even when they're already paid over the market rate.

CWNT that is indeed ghey to the factor of ghey.

A bit excitable today, even though I haven't had more than 4 hours sleep and generally feeling a bit tired.
Today is work, gym, sleep (assisted by nytol and valerian tea)

If it was what I think it was, it's a new feature of the site since the upgrade.

If you go to reply to a thread, but someone else replies while you're writing yours, it shows you the other reply and suggests that you might like yo edit your post in light of this reply.
Quite a good feature for those fast-moving threads.

    Morning all

Well the road bike is now on eBay and has had a little bit of interest but its a 7 day listing so just got to wait and see if i get my reserve price! Then its onward to the ragley build!!

Tonight out for some pedalling which should be fun and then i have been loaned a spring balance so going to weigh my bikes, mainly so i know how much the roadie weighs should someone ask, but secondly to see how heavy my Stump jumper is compared to the quoted weight.

    Yes this makes me boring
No i am not a member of Weight Weenies
No i dont w@nk over Ti parts

  • Greetings Maggots,

Spend the night in Addlestone, so a 5 minute drive to work.. bonus
Another day of the regular stuff at work, office banter, phone calls and engineering meetings
Back home tonight only to be greeted by an agry cat and full litter box. Hmmph!
So, back to the grindstone and wishing you all a good day
  • Oh, I should also add that selling the Edison is starting to become an option now.

Going to wait and see what the doctor says about how long it's going to be before I'm back on the bike. It may be worth getting rid, then starting a new build around an Bionicon Reed 140 frame. If I've got 6-12 months, I reckon I could build one up with some pretty tasty parts. Gives me some encouragement to get better faster to get out and ride :p

    Good morning MTBSluts

Today is one of those days that can only described as win. I am off to legs 11 for a day of free food, starting with a full english and followed by a finger buffet, free red win and half priced lapdancing. I should imagine that I might have to give it a quick jab in the eye with a chip fork in order to get it to come down later.

Looking forward to tax returns when back onshore....NOT! But back pay and Xmas bonus coming up to offset. Easy come easy go
I'm going to blow the bank on a new build ( within reason ) NOW DONE!!

Nowt like that sadly. It keeps losing the WiFi connection. Works for about 10 mins, then disconnects. It can still see it broadcasting, but seems to struggle staying connected. It could be the Mac to be honest. Ah well.

Damn shadower person didn't show up! They've been offered 'paid work' so want to try and reorganise for next week. Feck 'em. Come when you say you will, cheeky fecker

Work is going slow  but nothing major going on. Afternoon's looking pretty quiet. Spotted few new females too.
FARKBOOK TWATTER Happiness is my fucking mood!
  • Just woke. Going to consume some Soup and bread before driving to ASDA to collect something to eat at work tonight and see if MBUK is finally on sale. Then off to work at 1930 :(
  • Slow due to no brain. Went to the travel clinic and spent £300 and they said come back next week and get the rest!

I read my Cholera vaccine and it said that it had 27 x 10**9 inactive viruses in it.

Like that is 4 times the human population on earth.

Must have taken ages to count them all; I wonder if they had names.
  • Afternoon feckwits!

Monotonous day livened up by some useless scrounging sheepscnut trying to break into the house during the only two hours it was unoccupied today. Managed to prize open a supposedly high security window only to be scared off by 40+Kg of dog...

Otherwise day has been pretty meh, just trying to finish up the shopping for December now :?

    Afternoon/evening bumders

Today was the first day of our uni's pathetic effort at a reading week... "assimilation time"... 2 whole days of it this week and then monday off next week. So today was spent going home, getting foods and getting the bikes in good working order.

    Tomorrow will be bikes.

Saturday will involve some bikes and also some work.

Sunday may involve some bikes (I may go to cannock but it'll probably be quite busy up there, so it'll depend if I'm in the mood for stringing up some of the side trails up there) alternatively I may head up the road to the peaks.

Monday will be bikes, with a little work too.

    Sorted.
