Sourcing some 130mm-ish cranks

We have a single speed racing junior BMX race I'd like to modify for my 7yo son to ride in road race training & similar events. It has 175mm cranks (yep, you read that, a bike for a 7yo with 175mm cranks).
Anyway, am looking to reduce the cranks to 130mm or so. Short of canabalising off another kids' bike I'm not sure how to do it on a budget.
Can find 140mm crank set with SJS, but not sure the ring is as big as I'd like (would like to keep the large ring the BMX came with)

and these on Ebay.

Can anyone suggest other options?
TIA.

Only short cranks on eBay are 155mm which will be too long.

There is a real (niche) gap in the market for junior bike kit at the moment it seems.Blogging about junior road bikes http://junior-road-bikes.tumblr.com0
