Intense Tracer VP - should I be tempted?

2009 frames going for a bargain price on CRC, I know the Tracer 2 has been out for a while but would this still make a worthy trail bike if I bolted some of these to the front?
Always ridden hardtails and this would be my first full-sus.
Thoughts?

It is something of an odd question I know, people don't usually think twice about buying Intense frames. It's receiving my highest possible levels of consideration!

Hmm, they all say discontinued - I hope they have the size you need. I had an Intense 5.5 and though I no longer have it, still think it's the best suspension system I've ridden. It's horses for courses of course.0
