Let's be honest, if it said Orange on it, it would be marvelled as a piece of amazing space frame tech, and the fns would buy it for 2 grand ;-)0 -

Didnt GT build this, or atleast something very similar to it with the internal gearbox system for DH racing?0 -

I thought that was the Honda bike, for their short-lived involvement in DH, but it seems not:

One built by a massive aoranisation and the other built in the garden shed."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Built it for his son didn't he.
Oddly enough Nick, this is the sort of thing I could quite easily picture you doing.0 -
I love the Millyard's design, especially the single sided swingarm design on later models
As for the Honda, Greg Minnaar did quite well with it and it was revolutiuonary at the time with it's "internal gearbox"0 -

Is it shaft drive or belt or something sick?0 -
The Honda did a bit better than "quite well".
Minnaar took it to the silver medal of the WCs in it's debut season, as well as winning the NORBA series. Bronze at the worlds and more Norba successes, 2nd ranked in the World Cup in 05, silver at the worlds and both him and Matti on the podium at the WC finals round in 06 and then both of them pretty much on the podium at every World Cup event in 07.Trail fun - Transition Bandit

iirc the chain runs in a wet bath of lube so didnt need changing particularly often.0

And nope as they have not needed to change it yet."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
