DMR Revolver Rear Hub - Drive Side Bolt Won't Budge

Hi all, Ive got a Revolver hub with the default 10mm bolts. The bolt on the right (cassette side) won't budge at all, it won't come loose and as a result I cant fit the wheel to my frame.
The bolt on the left side comes away fine, and trying to use an allen key in both sides (trying to hold the axle in place so the right bolt can come loose) just results in the left side bold unscrewing. I'm really stuck, is there anything that I can do?

The non drive side bolt just unscrews if I try to hold it with an allen key and try to remove the drive side bolt, as the whole axle moves.0
