Suntour Epicon Air Leaking

The air keeps leaking out of my Suntour Epicons. I've followed the service manual and put 6ml of 80wt gear oil in, and it fixed it for a bit, but now they're leaking even worse. I pumped them up to 80psi before a ride and they'd dropped to almost 20psi about 2 hours later. Would greasing the inside of the leg and the air seal help, or has the seal gone completely? I can't hear any air leaking when I pump them up to 150psi, but there's a bit of a clunk when the fork gets to about 2/3rd through travel.

Also, one of the outer seals keeps coming loose and sticking halfway up the stanchion. Can I just replace that, and is it something Halfords could order (same question for the air seal) ?
