Lezyne Rack Caddy Pannier & Trunk Caddy

Just wondering if anyone has sucessfully used both at one time? The panniers when fitted sit higher than the top of the rack, meaning fitting the Trunk caddy a nightmare. I am using a Giant rack that came with my Escape, so the bottom hooks dont fit into it anywhere.

What im trying to do is use two of the side panniers with the trunck rack bag on the top, as you would expect would work as its the same brand. The trunk rack bag also is a bit wide to be used with my current set up.

Any experiences with these items please? Did you buy the Lezyne rack to go with them? Please note this isnt the rack bag with the fold out panniers, these are the individual items im trying ie:
