Adding FCS adjustment to Formula Oro K18?

I thought I'd seen this in the FAQ but can't find it... Oro manual not all that helpful either. So...
Basically, I have a set of spare K24s and a set of K18s, and I'm wanting to take the nice-condition K18s and add the FCS from the fairly worn out K24s. It looks very simple, from the exploded diagrams- just a case of removing the "stop piston kit" and then adding the FCS bits in the same place. Really all there is to it?

as long as they were not the last version of the 24s as they used stuff from the Megas/Ones Mk1"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
