Hi

As its getting into my cross-country session with running im looking to get a decent running watch and have my heart set on the Garmin forerunner 210.

The thing is, the price is still rather high and hasnt moved.

I have seen it online at "handtec.co.uk" but never heard or used them so very wary of them given they not a "offical Garmin retailer in the UK"(and that some garmins 210 steam up inside, so it hit and miss at times)

They selling for £167.88, sadly evans wont match them as they said they dont count as a proper shop

I was then looking around and ofc CRC/Wiggle all have the same price £206.99, still a lot more, so was wondering anyone know of any discount codes that i can use to bring that price down for those sites????

If not where else should i buy the watch from? (i going to try some haggling at sweatshop but as with most shops today its the typica l" our prices are the best " response i recon il get )

cheers for any help.

  • handtec.co.uk are ok, I've bought a couple of TomToms and a PDA from them in the past. Never needed to deal with a return or repair with them so can't comment on that but their sales, shipping etc is as good as any online retailer.
