Well three actually!
Though I should publically thank the guys, especially Jon White, at Giant UK tech support and I didn't even buy my frame new!
Recently acquired a Giant Anthem X Advantage SL frame via eBay. As new, never ridden but pre owner for sure. I duly built said frame into an awesome bike however in the process I needed a head tube reducer and some setup documentation duly provided FOC by Giant. Then this week I stupidly managed to over torque the seat post clamp and snapped off one of the bolts. Another quick call to Jon and within 24 hours I have a replacement FOC.
Just 3 small things I grant you but great customer service. Which was nice.
