Bicycle lift - genius idea?

I have to say I'm impressed by the idea. I live in very hilly Paignton, Devon. Many people I know regrets cycling here because of the ascents. They could install. at least one here, on Marldon Road - long and steep hill I start my day with everyday... :-D

    Looks a bit awkward leaning over like that, I wonder how many people fall off? It would be a health and safety nightmare, never allowed in this country.

    I like what they're trying to do - but I'm not going to be the target market. I bet we'd all be up that hill a lot faster than the lift anyway.
