Morning all

Well I decided to start the thread off at this time as It is the only way I'd ever start one off.

Working hard  and time is flying by, looking forward to egg and chips for breakfast.

Other than that cycling in the Peaks next week anyone fancy meeting up?
I'm going to blow the bank on a new build ( within reason ) NOW DONE!!

  • Morning all, busy building a map listing cleantech companies and clusters in Austria. Very boring stuff.

Wife has requested quesadillas today for lunch, so looks like i'll need to supply otherwise I can't supply her with something else.

    Enjoy your days.
  • Official rules of a morning thread are you have to have been to sleep and woken up!

Poodiggity! They've modded the frames and I can post in work. Ree-sult.

    Exes and Double Exes,

Hateful week in work, but I'm off setting out a rally all next week, so feck it.

Went on a skills course at Cannock last week - should have been titled 'Old dog learns new tricks' - it was ace.

Anyhoo, coffee calls, so I'm gonna answer. Onwards!

    Morning tag nut suckers

A day of catching up on those jobs you constantly move forward in the diary week on week but never do. Meh.

    Still, coffee time soon :-)

In Surrey today, drive in was very good and I got through the M6 Toll early enough to "only" pay £3.80 opposed to the usual £5.50. Yes, this comes out of my pocket
I'll be heading home again tonight, so today is a general catch up
Did the trip on the [new] Ford Focus, yes the very same one that failed so epically with a meager 128 miles on the clock last week. Pleased to say it is behaving but being new didn't even offer me 50MPG! Could have been my average traveling speed which was was about 85MP/H. The joys of cruise control.

Wishing you all a good Thursday and may visit El Crud later
  • Morning homos!

Fed up of working from home so going to try going in to the office today and working from there, see how it goes.

Thankfully my employers are pretty good about this sort of thing, and are paying for my Taxis there and back, and have said I can just leave if I need to.

    morning all,

For some reason my works ie set up has pushed this over to the right. Mind you considering the IT department 'upgraded' my pc by putting in a smaller hard drive and deleting 3 years of archived emails from my server account I'm not suprised.

Today will be slightly meh, since I have lots of work to do including clearing out the car at lunch time as it's full of horse poop.

  • Back from Seoul via HK - 27 hours door to door - joys of the cheapest fare.
Had the opportunity to look up the waitresses skirt - but of course did not do so,

Morning nonces - Anyone know how to save a Theme, colour set and font set in powerpoint so I can save a company template? Or delete all the default ones that are just atrocious! This is my day today....

    Morning mongs

Hungover. I had a lot of tequila last night, I'm regretting it muchly.

Lectures today. Not in the mood. I did decide in my drunken wisdom when I got home last night to order some new tyres though which is good because I've been avoiding doing it due to lack of money, now I guess I'll just have to manage.

    View> Master> Slide Master

Change all the fonts and layout in there, add in the different slide layouts, so one slide per layout and then click "Close Slide Master" save it blank and then when you re-open it and add new pages in it should stay all in the format you have set.

To lock the Master to prevent cnuts changing it, On the Slide Master View toolbar, click Preserve Master .

    Has this helped?

    Morning fuckwits.

Just having two new tyres on the car, nearly 400 notes! So not a happy Gazlar. I then have work until midnight to follow. I might pip to the gym after that.

On plus, side, Mrs G is away for the weekend so I shall be turning the house into a wankfurnace and papier mache emporium.

  • Well today has been very good so far, spoke to my landlord, he is willing to sell our flat, spoke to the bank, we qualify for the credit we would need, and the terms are damn good. Looks like wife and I will be getting ourselves in a lot of debt within the next few days!

Why the hell not? Go visit one of the lycra forums as punishment.

Still can't shake off my frikkin jet lag so go out of bed a 10 this morning making a mental note to MTFU, then caught up with all the emails and other crap I'd been putting off for a bit. May do a bit of fettling in the garage later to get back into the swing of things and get ready for tomorrows ride.

Thanks but no, I'm trying to set it up as we are using some specific text/line colours now (god only know why) that are not standard colours. So rather than having to input the RGB values manually each time, it would be good to have a Theme set up so that everyone could use it to make Report Figures and stuff. But if i creat a new colour set and press save, it does nt save it anywhere, it just reverts backj to the usual colour set!
