Genesis Core 10 or 26.1?

Hi,

Any thoughts on the above bikes?

Can get the 2011 Core 10 for £450 or the 2012 Core 26.1 for £100 more at £550. Is it worth splashing the extra £100?

hey,i'd go for the core 10.i had the 20 and it was a great bike,think the forks on the 20 are better than the 26.1 but could be wrong,plus its 100 quid cheaper..

Are these 2012 '26.1' bikes the new 2011 '10' bikes?

Seems to me the starting prices for the '26' bikes are lower than the '10' bikes. Does this mean poorer quality?

Does seem to be a renaming, but as to say, best to look at the spec. And out of the two, the '10' has the better, mainly due to the fork.

The 30 can be had on eBay brand new at the minute with warranty etc for £500:

Where does it state the seller is a dealer and will offer you your rights? Don't appear to be a trader.

Doesn't appear in the listing but I emailed and they confirmed they're a shop and will provide an official till receipt, warranty info etc
