Would be great to have support for a proposal I've put to the developer regenerating the Elephant and Castle to build a cycle bypass through that site.

While I applaud your efforts and the basic concept, this really requires a lot of clarification for any developer to take it seriously.

I don't know the Elephant & Castle junction that well and I am afraid your slide show in the first link doesn't help me to understand the problems and proposed solutions. I think you need to provide more slides, with higher details not blocked out by clumsily placed text. And do a spellcheck.

Sorry if that sounds harsh, but I am merely offering guidance. The presentation of the proposals needs to be improved for effectiveness.
