..I can still royally f**k up!
Heading East along Kensington High street I was in primary to turn right as it went from 2>3 lanes.
As I made a clear indication to the van behind the van in front got on the horns and slammed its brakes. Unfortunately my indicating arm wasn't on the lever that was hooked up to my winter pads, the summer pads on the back did nothing and the panniers, fitted last night(!) meant I was carrying loads of extra weight.
It all went a bit Tom Daley, landing on my head and rolling across the tarmac.
Somewhat embarrassing and nice that so many people saw and asked if I was ok! :oops:
