Will i notice the difference?

ordered a focus cayo 105 ltd,
got an old trek 5000 with red force and rival bits.

When i ride the cayo will it be noticeably different to ride?

    In the shifters, yes.

    Shimano STI works a bit different than the SRAM DoubleTap on your Trek.

    Other than that, there might be minor differences in ride feel due to different wheels and frames and such. But the most noticeable difference will be how the shifters work.
